Uptown is our first honey processed coffee, and it brews a wonderfully sweet and balanced cup. We roasted this coffee to a medium level, and you should expect flavors of cocoa and sweet sugar cane, followed by a citrus like liveliness and acidity.
This Costa Rican crop was grown and processed by our friends at the Tarrazú San Diego Mill, one of the oldest and most modern mills in Costa Rica. First established in 1888, they have won countless awards for their coffee quality, and invest their profits in higher wages and sustainable agricultural practices.
