Minty is a Colorado Native who does not like the outdoor activities very much but happy hour let her know where and when! She has been working and enjoying life in Bangkok, Thailand working for the #1 leading entertainment company BEC Tero promoting events and concerts: Beyonce, Gwen Stefani, Green Day, Micheal Bolton, Black Eyed Peas, Disney on Ice, Walking with Dinosaurs, Mamma Mia Broadway show and many others. Then Minty started working the largest beer company in Thailand, Singha Beer. First started out sponsoring concerts like Pit Bull, Justin Bieber, Madonna, Katy Perry, Thirty Seconds to Mars and many others. Then started my career in branding and worked on re-branding both International and Domestic markets for Singha Beer. While Minty was enjoying the time of her life, she met her husband Boss and pop had two amazing boys Kona and Kooper! Minty moved home to Denver to be closer to family because as you know it takes a village to take care of kids. Currently she helps manages the family business, Tuk Tuk Thai Restaurants in Colorado and started a new brand called Mama Sue's Kitchen creating spicy hot chili oil and healthy tea drinks during the pandemic. Currently Mama Sue's products are sold in all three Tuk Tuk locations, Makerfold in Fort Collins, Ruby's Market, Terra Apothecary and at The Perfect Petal. If that was not enough she is also working for a branding firm Monigle and co founded Pagoda Lab and is helping with many AAPI organizations thru out Denver.
